Wednesday, October 16th, 2019 - RCP Meeting
It seems like every year, more and more orange barrels line our highways and streets. Many of these projects take years and years of planning – and most are performed in response to the growth of our region. Transportation has long been a major contributor to the region’s prosperity and quality of life. For individuals and businesses, the efficiency of the transportation system in moving people and goods has a direct financial impact. From a broader perspective, the transportation system’s efficiency has repercussions for the entire economy. Please join us for a presentation from Mark Policinski, CEO of OKI Regional Governments to discuss hot topics in our transportation plans for the region – including the latest on the replacement of the Brent Spence Bridge and what many have dubbed the future “Amazon Effect”.
